FAQs
Will my carpet need to be replaced?
With our expertise we are able to leave your carpet looking untouched, however if your bannister has an overhang the carpet will need to be cut.

My house is quite old, could my staircase handle it?
With houses built pre-1990 we prefer to have a chat and give you a personalised quote. But it is still possible to give you lift-up stair storage!

Is the price inclusive of labour?
Our price is inclusive of labour and materials. As soon as your deposit is paid the process begins!

Do you have to come and measure up?
As everything is bespoke, all we require before installation is a telephone survey where we will ask about the space, what's behind your stairs etc. We will then book the installation date which will be within 4-6 weeks!

We are based in Yorkshire, but we offer our services nationwide!
